o Checking battery and adapter.
o Troubleshooting and fault finding.
o Repairing and replacement of faulty parts.
o Upgrading RAM, Hard Disk Drive and other parts.
3. Chapter – 3 (Software)
o Installation of Operating System and Application Software.
o Removing virus / malwares and installation of anti-virus software.
o Software troubleshooting
4. Chapter – 4 (Support Program)
o How to open and manage a laptop repairing business.
o From where to procure tools, spare parts and accessories.
o How to deal with customers.
